At MariaSculpt, we believe in the quality of our products. You have 60 days from the date of delivery to change your mind.

Eligibility Conditions

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in perfect condition, in its original packaging.
• All accessories, manuals, or promotional gifts must be included.
• The return must be initiated within 60 days of receiving the order.
• The product must not be damaged, altered, or used.

Return Procedure

1. Send an email to contact@mariasculpt.com with:
   • Your order number
   • The item(s) you wish to return
   • The reason for return (optional but appreciated)
2. We’ll respond within 48 hours with detailed return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item:
   • We’ll notify you by email whether your return has been approved or denied.
   • If approved, you may choose between a full refund or a free exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 72 hours after your return is approved. They are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank (typically 3–5 business days).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

• First, check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
• Next, contact your bank.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, regardless of location. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. MariaSculpt cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange if:

• The product you received is defective or damaged
• You want to change the model or variant (subject to availability)

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain used items cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.

60-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

If you have used the product but are not satisfied, you may be eligible for our 60-day guarantee. After reviewing your request, we may issue a refund or exchange. This guarantee also covers any manufacturing defects.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been shipped.
